Delivery & payment
I take orders via Telegram, Viber, WhatsApp and Instagram and ship by Nova Poshta or Ukrposhta across Ukraine; payment by card.
How to order
- Add toys to your cart.
- In the cart, enter where to send the order and press the button of your messenger: Telegram, Viber, WhatsApp or Instagram. A chat with me opens: in Telegram and WhatsApp the list of toys will already be in the message, in Viber and Instagram you only need to paste it.
- I will confirm that everything is available and send you the payment details.
Delivery
- Nova Poshta across Ukraine, to a branch or a parcel locker.
- Ukrposhta across Ukraine, to a branch.
- Ready-made toys ship within 1–2 days after payment.
- Made-to-order toys ship within 3–10 days, depending on complexity.
- Delivery is paid by the recipient at the Nova Poshta or Ukrposhta rates.
- Shipping outside Ukraine: please message me and we will arrange it.
Payment
- By card. I will send the details in the chat once we confirm the order.
- For made-to-order toys we will agree on payment in the chat.
